Silver Shores sits at 1 James DeSana Dr in Wyandotte, right on the Detroit River. For most of Downriver that is a short drive rather than a trip into the city — which is the whole point of holding a waterfront event here instead of downtown.
We regularly host families and companies from Wyandotte, Trenton, Southgate, Riverview, Grosse Ile, Lincoln Park, Allen Park, Taylor, Woodhaven, Brownstown Township and Gibraltar, along with guests from across Metro Detroit and Wayne County.

The simplest way to place us: we are tucked in behind Wyandotte Hospital. Guests who know the hospital know exactly where they are going, even if the street name is new to them.
I-75 is the road that serves the Downriver communities, and Biddle Avenue is the main road through Wyandotte. Drop the address into your maps app and it will bring you straight in. There is ample on-site parking, so nobody is circling for a space, and valet is available for an additional fee on weddings.
Tours run daily, 9am–5pm. Come and see the shoreline before you decide anything.

What the Detroit River gives you is not decoration — it changes the whole day. Ceremony photographs have open water behind them instead of a wall. Cocktail hour has freighters and pleasure boats drifting past. The light comes off the water in the evening and does something no uplighting can imitate.
You do not have to leave Downriver to get that. The riverside pavilion seats up to 550 in the open air, and the ballroom holds up to 150 with floor-to-ceiling views and a dance floor. Together they host up to 700 guests. Only one celebration books the shoreline each day, so the whole waterfront belongs to your event.
