Popular dates book years out
Silver Shores is currently booking into the 2028 season. Saturdays in peak wedding months (May through October) are the first to go, often two to three years ahead. If you have a specific Saturday in mind, the earlier you check availability, the more likely it’s still open.
Off-peak and weekday dates open things up
Friday and Sunday dates, along with winter months, tend to have more flexibility and can often be secured with less lead time. If your date is flexible, a weekday or off-season booking is the fastest path to locking in the venue.

Our shoreline faces east across the river, so mornings open over the water and the light changes through the day rather than building to a sunset. Couples planning around a sunset ceremony should talk to our team about timing — we’re glad to walk you through what the light looks like at different points in the day so there are no surprises.
One event, one day, one shoreline
We only host one celebration per day. That means when you book a date, the pavilion, ballroom and shoreline are entirely yours — no back-to-back turnovers, no sharing the view. It’s also part of why popular dates move quickly: there’s only one of each Saturday to give out.

The fastest way to find out if your date is open is to send us your date and guest count — we typically respond within 24 hours with availability and next steps. Most couples end up booking the same day they tour the shoreline in person, so if your date is still available, a visit is the best next move.
