Winter is the quiet season on the river, and for a lot of couples that is exactly the appeal: more dates to choose from, a ballroom with floor-to-ceiling water views, and one price that covers the whole evening.
What the Romance Package includes
For December 2026, January and February 2027 dates, the Romance Package is $9,400 all-inclusive for 100 guests. That covers a five-hour full open bar, a buffet-style dinner, one passed hors d’oeuvre, triple chocolate cake with champagne, floor-length white linen and colored napkins, fresh floral and cluster candle centerpieces, a DJ with uplighting, and staff and a bartender for a five-and-a-half-hour reception.
Why winter works on the water
The ballroom is climate-controlled and seats up to 150 with a dance floor, so the river is the backdrop without the weather being a factor. The shoreline faces east, which means soft morning and midday light over the water for photos, and the lights of the far shore after dark.
One celebration a day
We host one event per day in every season. In winter that means the same thing it does in June: the venue and the team are yours from arrival to last dance.
What to know before you ask
The package applies to new bookings for December 2026 through February 2027 event dates only. Catering is prepared in-house by our own kitchen, and menus can be adjusted for dietary needs, with halal available on request.
